- 1 block extra-firm tofu pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika.
Add the cubed tofu to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
Spread the tofu evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
