Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the beef and all other ingredients to the crockpot.
  3. 3. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
