Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Honeydew melon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon Honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1 handful Ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine cucumber, honeydew melon, lime juice, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  3. 3. Add sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  4. 4. Serve over ice and garnish with cucumber slices or melon balls, if desired.
