Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add chopped cabbage and stir well to combine.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth and add bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-35 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove bay leaves before serving.
