Danish Apple Soup

- 4 Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
1. In a pot, combine apples, water, apple juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until apples are tender.
3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
4. Return to pot, stir in heavy cream, and heat through.
5. Serve warm.
