Day After Thanksgiving Quiche
Use your Thanksgiving leftovers to make a delicious quiche.

- 1 cup Leftover turkey chopped
- 1 cup Leftover vegetables chopped
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped turkey, vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
