Main Ingredients
- 500 g Dutch yellow potatoes peeled and boiled
- 50 g Butter melted
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- for frying Vegetable oil
1. Mash the boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl.
2. Add melted butter, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into small croquettes.
4. Dip each croquette into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the croquettes until golden brown on all sides.
7. Remove the croquettes with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
