  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. 4. Pour the marinade over the tofu and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Spread the tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
