Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup edamame soybeans, shelled and cooked
  • 2 units ripe avocados
  • 1 unit lime, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 unit jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine the cooked edamame, avocados, lime juice, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Stir in the red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
