Edamame Soybeans Guacamole Recipe
A healthy twist on traditional guacamole using edamame soybeans.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup edamame soybeans, shelled and cooked
- 2 units ripe avocados
- 1 unit lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 unit jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a blender, combine the cooked edamame, avocados, lime juice, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Stir in the red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.
3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
