Ingredients 

Egg Rolls

  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 12 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Garlic Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
  4. 4. For the dipping sauce, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
  5. 5. Serve the egg rolls hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
