Ingredients 

Salad

  • 1 cup Green olives chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ cup Walnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 8 leaves Endive separated

Instructions
