- 1 cup cooked farro
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ cup grated cheese any kind
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked farro, beaten eggs, grated cheese, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Scoop about ¼ cup of the mixture and form it into a patty. Place it in the skillet.
4. Cook each patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
