Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Fava Beans cooked and shelled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fava beans, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
Toss gently to combine. Garnish with fresh basil.
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
