- 1 lb Fingerling potatoes washed and shredded
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Heat the griddle over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded potatoes, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the potato mixture evenly on the griddle.
