Ingredients 

Crudites

  • 1 cup Carrot sticks
  • 1 cup Celery sticks
  • 1 cup Bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup Cucumber slices

Chipotle Dip

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Arrange the carrot sticks, celery sticks, bell pepper strips, and cucumber slices on a serving platter.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
