Fresh Crudites With Chipotle Dip Recipe

Crudites
- 1 cup Carrot sticks
- 1 cup Celery sticks
- 1 cup Bell pepper strips
- 1 cup Cucumber slices
Chipotle Dip
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- to taste Salt
1. Arrange the carrot sticks, celery sticks, bell pepper strips, and cucumber slices on a serving platter.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Serve the chipotle dip alongside the fresh crudites.
