Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh garbanzo beans
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cumin
  • ¼ cup Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. Process until smooth.
  2. 2. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil, salt, and cumin. Process until well combined.
  3. 3. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Process until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
