Fresh Grape Soda Recipe
Refreshing homemade grape soda made with fresh grapes.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh grapes washed and stemmed
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Club soda
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Blend the grapes until smooth.
2. Strain the grape puree to remove skins and seeds.
3. In a saucepan, combine the grape juice, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Let the mixture cool, then mix in the lemon juice.
5. Pour the grape syrup into a bottle and refrigerate until cold.
6. To serve, mix 1 part grape syrup with 3 parts club soda. Serve over ice.
