Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh grapes washed and stemmed
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Club soda
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the grapes until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the grape puree to remove skins and seeds.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, combine the grape juice, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Let the mixture cool, then mix in the lemon juice.
  5. 5. Pour the grape syrup into a bottle and refrigerate until cold.
  6. 6. To serve, mix 1 part grape syrup with 3 parts club soda. Serve over ice.
