Main Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, and dill)
- ¼ cup Crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until they begin to set, about 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the fresh herbs and goat cheese over one half of the omelet.
5. Fold the other half of the omelet over the filling and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
6. Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve immediately.
