Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh spinach packed
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine spinach, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  2. 2. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
