Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push veggies to the side, pour beaten eggs into the other side, scramble until cooked.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
