  • 1 package Won Ton Wrappers
  • ½ lb Ground Pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each won ton wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the wrappers and seal the edges with a bit of water.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the won tons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
