  • 1 lb sunchokes peeled and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  2. 2. Add the sunchokes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
