  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger root sliced
  • 1 inch Fresh turmeric root sliced
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add sliced ginger and turmeric. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the tea into a cup.
  4. 4. Add lemon juice and honey (if using). Stir well.
