  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Thread the steak and shrimp onto skewers, alternating between them.
  3. 3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the steak is cooked to your liking and the shrimp is opaque.
  5. 5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with minced garlic before serving.
