  • 1 Pink pineapple, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup Tequila
  • ¼ cup Triple sec
  • ¼ cup Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Agave syrup
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
  3. Remove the pineapple from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a blender, combine the grilled pineapple, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the margarita into glasses and garnish with a slice of grilled pineapple or a lime wedge.
