- 4 ears Red Corn husked
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the red corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before cutting into rounds.
