Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Nopales, diced cooked
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled shrimp, nopales, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
5. Drizzle with lime juice and toss to combine.
6. Serve immediately.
