- 4 ears corn on the cob husked
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ cup cotija cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 1 medium lime cut into wedges
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
