  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Toss the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, until they are slightly charred.

  5. 5. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens with the grilled vegetables.
