Guajillo Chile Salsa Recipe
A flavorful and spicy salsa made with guajillo chiles, perfect for tacos or as a dip.

Main Ingredients
- 6 pieces Dried guajillo chiles
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Remove stems and seeds from the guajillo chiles.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the chiles and garlic, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer the chiles, garlic, and water to a blender. Add salt and blend until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour the blended salsa into the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
Let the salsa cool before serving.
