Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 20 pieces Gyoza wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add gyoza and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add water to the skillet and cover. Steam the gyoza until the water evaporates, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and cook for another 2 minutes until the bottoms are crisp again. Serve hot.
