Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the berries and sugar. Stir well to coat the berries in sugar.
  2. Cover the bowl and let it sit at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until the berries release their juices.
  3. Once the berries have released their juices, add the apple cider vinegar and stir to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a mason jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean jar or bottle. Discard the solids.
  6. To serve, mix the shrub with water or soda water to taste. Enjoy!
