Main Ingredients
- 4 oz Hatch chiles, roasted and chopped
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
Fold in the chopped Hatch chiles and shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
