Hatch Chile Pepper Sauce Recipe

- 6 pieces Hatch chiles roasted and peeled
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Roast the Hatch chiles until the skins are charred. Place them in a plastic bag to steam for 10 minutes, then peel off the skins.
2. In a blender, combine the roasted chiles, garlic, chicken broth, and salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour in the blended mixture and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
