Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 3 units Carrots sliced
- 3 units Potatoes diced
- 1 unit Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
1. Add beef stew meat to the crockpot.
2. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
