  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heirloom tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese to the eggs and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the chopped heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture.
  6. Cook on the stovetop for about 5 minutes, until the edges start to set.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly golden on top.
