  • 4 slices Heirloom Tomatoes diced
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top each toasted baguette slice with the tomato mixture and garnish with fresh basil.
