Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta

- 4 slices Heirloom Tomatoes diced
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the tomato mixture and garnish with fresh basil.
