Ingredients

  • 1 lb Thinly sliced beef Can substitute with chicken or pork
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Shiitake or any variety
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage Chopped
  • 1 cup Tofu Cubed
  • 4 cups Chicken broth Can use vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 inch Ginger Sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef, chopping the vegetables, and cubing the tofu.
  2. 2. In a hot pot or large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the broth. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the beef, mushrooms, napa cabbage, and tofu to the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes or until everything is cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.
