Ingredients

  • 1 lb Irish bangers (sausages)
  • 4 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  3. 3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. 4. Pour in the beef broth, add the thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Return the sausages to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
