Taco Filling
- 2 cups Kale, chopped
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 8 Corn tortillas
Lime Cream Sauce
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas for about 1 minute on each side.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, lime juice, honey, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
3. Fill each tortilla with chopped kale and avocado slices.
4. Drizzle the lime cream sauce over the top and serve immediately.
