Kale Slaw Recipe
A refreshing and healthy kale slaw that's perfect as a side dish or light meal.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Kale, finely chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- ½ cup Red cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
Dressing
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale, shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, and thinly sliced red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the kale mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top before serving.
