Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Kiwano melon scooped out
  • 10 leaves Mint fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Sparkling water
  • 1 cup Ice crushed

Instructions 

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and honey in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the Kiwano melon pulp and lime juice. Shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into glasses filled with crushed ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves.
