Kiwano Nojito Recipe
A refreshing non-alcoholic mojito made with Kiwano melon.

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Kiwano melon scooped out
- 10 leaves Mint fresh
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 cup Sparkling water
- 1 cup Ice crushed
Muddle the mint leaves and honey in a cocktail shaker.
Add the Kiwano melon pulp and lime juice. Shake well.
Strain the mixture into glasses filled with crushed ice.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves.
