Main Ingredients
- 2 kohlrabi peeled and julienned
- 2 apple julienned
- ½ cup hazelnuts toasted and chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon honey
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned kohlrabi and apple.
2. Add the toasted and chopped hazelnuts to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the kohlrabi, apple, and hazelnuts. Toss to combine.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
