  • 2 kohlrabi peeled and julienned
  • 2 apple julienned
  • ½ cup hazelnuts toasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned kohlrabi and apple.
  2. 2. Add the toasted and chopped hazelnuts to the bowl.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the kohlrabi, apple, and hazelnuts. Toss to combine.
