Main Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Kumquats halved
  • 0.5 piece Cucumber sliced
  • 4 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 8 oz Ginger beer
  • to taste Ice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Muddle the kumquats and cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker.
  2. 2. Add vodka and lime juice to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake well.
  3. 3. Strain the mixture into copper mugs filled with ice.
  4. 4. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with extra cucumber slices if desired.
