Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 1 lb Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked pasta, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
