  • 1 can Canned biscuits
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil For frying

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Separate the biscuits and cut a hole in the center of each to form donut shapes.
  3. Fry the biscuits in the hot oil until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest to make the glaze.
  5. Dip the warm donuts into the lemon glaze and place on a wire rack to set.
