Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Separate the biscuits and cut a hole in the center of each to form donut shapes.
Fry the biscuits in the hot oil until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest to make the glaze.
Dip the warm donuts into the lemon glaze and place on a wire rack to set.
