Main Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers
- ¼ cup sugar adjust to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup ice cubes
1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard the hibiscus flowers.
5. Add the lemon juice and stir well.
6. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
7. Serve over ice cubes and enjoy!
