Lemongrass Iced Tea

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 stalks lemongrass bruised and cut into pieces
  • 2 bags green tea
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add lemongrass and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and add green tea bags. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove tea bags and lemongrass. Stir in honey.
  5. 5. Let it cool, then pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
  6. 6. Serve over ice and enjoy!
