  • 2 cups Mango, diced
  • 2 pieces Habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Let cool and transfer to a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
