Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Melon, cubed (cantaloupe or honeydew)
- 1 cup Mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melon, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
